Our goal is to continue to build our reputation as a trusted supply chain partner. We achieve this by having a passion for the customers we supply and by constantly innovating to become a product leader in fresh convenience food for the centre plate.
Looking after our customers is a responsibility shared not just by our sales team, but by all 3,500 Faccenda Foods employees. This is made possible by relationships up and down the supply chain married with the skill and dedication displayed by our people on a daily basis.
Our customers know they can rely on us to provide:
Customers trust us to provide highly sought after solutions in three main areas: Primary (whole birds and portions); Added Value (flavoured and ready to cook); and Impulse (ready to eat). We also meet the need for seasonal products from BBQ ranges to festive Christmas turkey. Whatever the time of year, we work with customers to present our products in the most attractive ways to consumers, thanks to bespoke planning and engaging in-store communication.
New to market innovation:
It takes a deep understanding of the current market and future trends, an agile development process and the right people to generate innovative new products. We work alongside our customers as well as packaging and ingredients suppliers to develop this understanding, which is proven by our award-winning poultry products. Many of our most sought-after products – such as Simply Roast in the Bag – are co-created with our customers thanks to the emphasis we place on long-term partnerships and joint business planning.
Faccenda Foods’ Roast in the Bag is a truly innovative product that delivers what our customers want: good value, no fuss food they can cook with confidence. The new ranges will add to its already popular appeal.

We are a business that gets people involved, puts them first, works as a team and delivers for our customers. Our differentiator is that together, our people make the kind of business that our customers and suppliers want to work with and enjoy doing so.
It is not what we do but how we do it that makes the difference.
